Pretty and solid. Perfect to replace my old one.

I love this chain. It is comfortable and hangs well. I have always had anxiety issues and forget to breathe. The Komoso has helped tremendously and lowered my blood pressure. My PCP is impressed.

The Komuso Shift is everything that people claim it to be. I was just like many people who didn't think that this would be something truly different from anything else tried before. I was wrong. Since I've gotten this necklace ...I've been able to think better , remember better, dizziness and headaches have dropped 80% from what they were before. I can not stress enough how much this has helped me. It's not a gimmick nor placebo hype. I had no idea how much damage I was doing in my life before I was finally able to get rid of anxiety and stress thanks to this necklace. I am so grateful for this product.

I’ve had anxiety and depression when growing up and never had anything or anyone to help in those moments. Now that I’m older things have gotten a little better but I do have moments where I’m in those mood and use different coping skills. When I first used the Shift I felt something different in my mood and I could actually continue the rest of my day anxiety free which is a plus in my book. I would love to give this as a gift to a friend/family member who struggles with PTSD.
