Inhale through your nose. Place Flex between your lips and cover the end with your index finger, keeping the side vents clear. Exhale slowly without forcing the air.

How is Flex different from the Shift?
The Shift is wearable. Flex is a handheld silicone tool with tactile surfaces you can rub, squeeze, and flex. They share the same breathing diameter and patented design, offering different ways to bring breathing pauses into your day.
How do I clean Flex?
Wash your BPA-free silicone Flex with soap suitable for cleaning items used at the mouth and water. Rinse thoroughly and allow it to dry before returning it to the carrying tube.
Can children use Flex?
Flex is not for children under 3. Children should use it with adult supervision.
Are quantity options individually packaged?
Yes. Each Breather comes with its own carrying tube and information card, ready to keep in different places or give individually.
Can I customize Flex for my company or event?
